By chance I called Christian at Arctic Spas to give him an opportunity to work up an offer in comparison to the one we were ready to make with someone else. We had seen Arctic Spas at a home show or two. Christian promptly called back and went over a price and specs for an Arctic Spa. We were pleasantly surprised by the offer and the specs. We were especially impressed with the build quality of the spa, ie...heater, filtration, and the way the tub is insulated. Everything just made sense. Made the drive to the shop and spoke more. Christian and crew were very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. Thirty minutes later we bought a swim spa. Christian followed up a day later at our home to go over delivery and other questions we had.
